Places We Have Been

Working Remotely

One thing that COVID has taught me is that I do not need to go to an office to be productive. I own a web development business and used to have a client that required me to be in his office daily to work on a system I developed. However, that position became an “as needed” basis, which allows me some work location freedom. I gained several more clients who do not need to see my pretty face…just my work.

So, back to Hamilton Branch State Park and the lagoon-style space 29. While my wife and daughters shop at Final Cut in Augusta, I launched a new website and worked on a database system for another client. The view from my office is spectacular and I was able to get some work accomplished. Where shall I work from next?
